Tomb Raider Runs At Higher Resolution On Ps3 Than 360

Beyond3d

The PS3 works to 1280X720, the standard 720P high-definition resolution, while the version of the title Xbox 360 runs in 1024X576, a sub HD resolution is upscaled. According Beyond3D the PS3 version of Tomb Raider Underworld operates at a higher resolution than the Xbox 360 counterpart. What does this mean? The PS3 is HD and the XBox 360 is not. However, the PS3 does not suffer the usual washed effect lighting. You can see the screen shots and create your own comparison with the Beyond3D forum here.
